About QWASP B.V.
QWASP B.V. is the organisational core of everything published under the QWASP name: the legal entity, the governance layer, the contracting party, and the holder of shared services and IP governance.
What sits at this level
- Legal. QWASP B.V. is the contracting party for client engagements.
- Governance. One governance model applies across all business lines.
- Contracting & invoicing. Handled centrally through QWASP B.V.
- Shared services. Infrastructure, method and identity foundations are shared where it makes sense (see Technology & infrastructure).
- IP governance. Brand and method ownership (e.g. the registered OBTRASEC® brand) sits with QWASP B.V.
How QWASP is organised
QWASP B.V. is not itself a service line. Underneath it sit four business lines: organisational capabilities, not separate legal entities, each with its own brand or platform identity:
